The rotor stator is our core expertise. We stock over 140 different rotor stator sets in high quantities, and we keep adding models for new materials.
From the construction site to refractory
We started in the construction industry. Over the years we have expanded our rotor stator range to refractory and other industries.
Aside from our fixed catalogue, we build custom solutions for customers with special needs: a special rubber for the stator, a different rotor head design, or a whole new geometry.
We supply rotor stator pumps to machine manufacturers, construction material manufacturers, dealers and larger contractors.
Hardened high-alloy tool steel
Our precisely machined rotors are made of high-alloy tool steel, hardened to withstand even the most abrasive materials. It is the highest tool steel quality you will find on the market for rotor stator pumps.
For certain models we also offer cast iron rotors as a more economical option. Unless stated otherwise, you can expect tool steel rotors.
We can customise the rotor head design to your needs.
Rubber matched to the material
Stators are customisable too. We have different rubber options for specific needs, and we can generally supply any model in our range with rubber from 53 to 73 Shore hardness.
